1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. If you place an order at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed after payment verification. We support KBZPay, WavePay, AYA Pay, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (in selected zones). Bank transfer payments require verification before order processing.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Myawaddy, Kawkareik, Hpa-An, Yangon Bus Gate, and nationwide across Myanmar. International shipping is available for selected products. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 7 days if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Second-hand items have specific warranty terms as displayed on the product page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. Second-Hand Products

Second-hand products are inspected and graded (S/A/B/C) before listing. IMEI numbers are partially masked for security. Warranty days are specified per product. Stock is typically limited to 1 unit.

7. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Phone number verification (OTP) is used for authentication. Do not share your account with others.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rayy Enterprise is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
